This privacy policy is governed by Argentine Law 25.326 (Ley de Protección de los Datos Personales) and its implementing Decree 1558/2001, as well as any applicable resolutions issued by the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública (AAIP), the national data protection authority of Argentina.

Personal data processed by Protixento is registered with the AAIP as required by applicable law. Data subjects have the rights of access, rectification, and deletion described in Section 7 of this policy.

4. How We Use Your Data

We use the personal data we collect exclusively for the purposes stated at the time of collection. Specifically:

  • Contact form data is used only to respond to the inquiry submitted. We do not use it for marketing or share it with third parties for commercial purposes.
  • Usage data is used to understand how the website is used and to improve its performance and content. This data is processed in aggregated or anonymized form where possible.
  • We do not sell personal data to any third party under any circumstances.

Contact form submissions and associated personal data are retained for a maximum of 24 months from the date of submission, after which they are deleted from our systems unless a longer retention period is required by applicable law.

Usage and analytics data is retained in aggregated form for up to 36 months. Cookie consent records are retained for 13 months from the date of consent.

We may share personal data with the following categories of third-party service providers who assist us in operating the website:

  • Right to object: You may object to processing of your personal data where that processing is based on legitimate interest.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública (AAIP) at www.argentina.gob.ar/aaip.

These measures include encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), access controls, and regular security reviews.
